About
I’m Lan Ho, an independent designer and builder based in Tokyo, with over 15 years of experience in design.
I previously worked as a Senior Designer at Alibaba, where I led several commercial collaboration projects from concept to execution. Before that, I co-founded an AI travel company, taking care of product strategy, design, and development. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of product thinking, user experience, and how ideas can be turned into real products.
Today, I work with a number of teams through a subscription-based design model, helping them with everything from brand and product design to websites and digital experiences. At the same time, I work with friends on our own AI-powered products, exploring new ideas and building things we believe should exist.

2. Payments
Activate your subscription with your payment.
3. Request
Send us your first request to get the process started.
4. Design
Wait a few days as we diligently research and design your request.
5. Approval
Satisfied, great. We’ll proceed to your next request.
6. Revisions
If not, no worries. We’ll make the necessary changes until you're happy.
Q&A
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely, you can change your subscription plan at any time.
The new plan will be effective from the next monthly payment cycle.
Please note, we don’t offer refunds for downgrades.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Any remaining time on your plan can be applied to future use.
However, we don’t offer refunds for cancellations.
What payment methods do you accpet ?
We currently accept bank transfers and digital currencies.
