Architectural Design
Xiong Yile, Founding Partner of 427, brings a wealth of high-caliber experience from her tenure at the prestigious architectural firm KKAA (Kengo Kuma & Associates), having contributed to multiple globally recognized projects. Under her leadership, 427 is dynamically expanding its capabilities into physical environments and architectural design. Currently, 427 is actively pursuing and establishing diverse partnerships worldwide to co-create unforgettable spatial experiences that go beyond design.

Upper Valley LINE and NEOM Internation Airport
URBAN DESIGN , AIRPORT
NEOM’s Regional Plan aims to create a global innovation hub while addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. It features “The LINE,” a compact urban form spanning 170km, connecting the Red Sea coast with NEOM’s Upper Desert.
The LINE comprises mixed-use modules connected by shared infrastructure, emphasizing vertical urbanism and walkable urban centers. Designed for 5-9 million people, it minimizes environmental impact while prioritizing sustainability and transportation accessibility.
The design integrates landscape, ecology, and connectivity, positioning it as a global city with regional gateways. The LINE spans three landscape regions, each with unique module designs, influenced by fly zone restrictions and NEOM’s overall vision.
PRESERVE LIFE WELLNESSRESORT
LODGE, WELLNESS CENTER
The project site for “Preserve Life” is located in Douglas County, Georgia, about 35 miles from Atlanta. Nestled in a serene wooded area, this world-class health center aims to promote holistic wellbeing foraccomplished individuals, referred to as “special guests.”
Guests will benefit from a comprehensive program that includes consultations, diagnostics, therapies, nutritional counseling, and social activities. The center will feature three strategically placed buildings: a Lodge, a Wellness Center, and a Meditation Pavilion, all positioned on separate peninsulas overlooking a central lake. These buildings will be interconnected by electric shuttle vehicles for convenient transportation throughout the park.

The Ming Yuet project melds Cantonese hotpot culture with Taiwan’s rich seafood, incorporating natural elements and coastal erosion aesthetics to craft a modern, “stress-free” dining ambiance, where customers can relish gourmet food amidst serene natural beauty.
